Kate Hudson lost 70 pounds after her two pregnancies. How did she do it?
For a time, medias were spreading the rumor that she had an eating disorder. She responded in the October issue of Red Magazine:
But in order to lose that amount of weight, she also followed a kind of Paleo Diet, which is low carb, high protein, but not low fat diet, consuming around 1 500 calories a day, and working out a lot.
At first, she was working out almost 6 hours a day.
Now, to maintain, she's consuming around 1 800, maybe more when she works out a lot, which she doesn't do as much as at the beginning of course. Her favorites are pilates, yoga, dancing, running, and using the jump rope.
And if there's one thing she can't live without is moving.
She was caught a few months ago dancing salsa with him (TMZ said it was rumba.... clearly it was not!)
The newly single, 35 years old hot mom, knows how to move her body, for sure.

"...If there is one thing I will never have, it is an eating disorder. I won’t have girls – even if it is just one or two who care – thinking that. Because it’s a serious sickness, not something to plaster on the cover of a magazine. And I am the opposite."Also, she gave her secret to lose the weight:
"And I want to be giving girls the message that, sometimes you do gain 70 pounds having a baby, and you can lose it if you want. The whole point is I want girls to love themselves. "When we start moving our body, it brings more dopamine and serotonin to our brains," she said. "It awakens your system, so I try to stay motivated to be active. I like Pilates because it strengthens you from the inside out. It really centers on your core."And we couldn't agree more about her dancing partner's choice: Derek Hough!
