As many women, I'm fascinated and even jealous of celebrities' bodies. This is why I'm always looking for and sharing new tricks to get in shape like Hollywood's stars.

It's one of the simpliest way to lose weight... if you eat less carbs, you cut calories!
But, if you love pastas, there are alternatives: konjac!
Already used in the famous Dukan diet, these are so low calories that there's practically no carbs! The calories are mainly coming from FIBERS!

You might be in this awkward position where you know you should be working out right now, but you're trying to get motivation by surfing on the Internet.
Yes, it might be a good motivation, but are you going to work out now?
Probably not, as your motivation may never come.
But why did you lose your motivation?
1. You don't like working out alone.
This one is pretty easy to conqueer as the fitness community is getting bigger and bigger. You can find someone pretty muche anywhere who would like to work out with someone, this way you can't miss it.

Everyone needs someone to get through it, so let's post a message on a community if you can't do it alone.
2. Your workout is boring for you.
That happens a lot after a few months that you just don't want to run, lift weights, etc.
Why aren't you exploring new options? There is more than running and biking as cardio exercises.
You also have many options for bulding and/or keeping muscle mass!
Here's some solution!
The first thing is that if you're passionated by a sport, it can become your workout, but also your motivation.
If you love ballet dancing but think you're too old to start, you have to know you'll just have to work your butt off! And yes, this could be your ENTIRE workout!
If you've always liked watching basketball and never tried it, you should!
The most important thing to remember here is that:
You don't have to work out by obligation, is has to be a PLEASURE.

If you're an American conscious about your health, it's quite impossible. Unless you really don't like that!

But Why?

- it is effective againt mentrual pain
- it prevents infertility as it contains a natural chemical called cinnamaldehyde, which studies show increases the hormone progesterone and decreases testosterone production in women, helping to balance hormones. *
- (it may help prevent Alzheimer's)
- (it might be effective against HIV...)
But we are interested by something else:
- It helps lowering your blood sugar level: which potentially reduces hunger, and insuline's pike, because of that, it can be used by diabetics (of type 2)
- it helps lowering your triglyceride, LDL and cholesterol circulating in your blood.

Today, being healthy has become the new trend. Victoria's Secret models are supposed to be role models, in the sense they are beautiful, they say they eat clean and do exercice.

And this is no surprise that her recent weight gain (in the first months of 2014) was the source of pregnancy rumors. But no, that wasn't the reason.

The 45 years old actress actually put on weight deliberately for her role in "Cake", in theaters in January 2015.
She plays Claire Simmons, a woman who's struggling after a car accident. The drama behind it is particularly strong, and when Jennifer is talking about it, it isn't much about her weight, but more about the understanding of the character's background.
How did she do it?
During a Q&A session while promoting Horrible Bosses 2, she said she stopped working out for more than two months, and wasn't as careful as usual about her diet.
But she's now back to her normal self.
And she didn't talk about how she lost the weight, but we can figure out she went back to her usual diet and exercise, and as the shooting of the movie ended in May, it is perfectly normal and healthy to be back to her normal weight.
