Let's Start With Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus is a Disney Star, that we have seen grow up. Also, we have seen her body getting transformed through the years.

This picture was taken in 2010, and we can see a pretty normal body for a young woman. (Miley was 18).

Here we are in 2011, and we can see that our Miley got some weight on. And here started the "bullying" about her beeing "fat", but she was not.

But in Hollywood, or you're super thin, or you are being called fat!

Miley said at that time that she was perfect as she was, and she wouldn't change. But....

Few months later, December 2011, Miley lost some weight. At that time, tabloids were speculating about her tking a personal trainer and paying him a lot to help her losing weight.

I guess the bullying was more than what she could handle.

And finally, we are in 2012, and Miley seems to be in a very good shape. And since her weight loss, Miley explained that she had a gluten intolerance, which forced her to change completely her eating habits.

Of course, you can think what you want, but we don't know more about her diet.

She also loves pilates, and attends classes almost everyday.

So, you know what you need to do if you want lo lose some pounds: eat healthy and do some sports.
