What? You don't eat cinnamon?????
If you're an American conscious about your health, it's quite impossible. Unless you really don't like that!

As a french girl, I discovered cinnamon pretty recently, it's not a spice we are consuming daily, but after watching videos and blogs, such as Tone It Up, or even Bethany Mota's videos, I found out that it was really normal for americans to eat that.
But Why?
It is an antioxidant, but also has multiple medicinal uses:

But Why?
It is an antioxidant, but also has multiple medicinal uses:
- it helps treating muscle spasms, nausea, diarrhea, infections....
- is used against fungal infections
- it is effective againt mentrual pain
- it prevents infertility as it contains a natural chemical called cinnamaldehyde, which studies show increases the hormone progesterone and decreases testosterone production in women, helping to balance hormones. *
- (it may help prevent Alzheimer's)
- (it might be effective against HIV...)
But we are interested by something else:
- It helps lowering your blood sugar level: which potentially reduces hunger, and insuline's pike, because of that, it can be used by diabetics (of type 2)
- it helps lowering your triglyceride, LDL and cholesterol circulating in your blood.
