As many of you, I'm in love with the Tone It Up girls, Karena and Katrina. Every morning, I take 2 Perfect Fit Multivitamins before my breakfast.
Then here's the main part:
- 70 grams of oats(quaker original)
- a scoop of Perfect Fit Chocolate
- a teaspoon of cinnamon
- a bit of stevia
- 150ml of almond milk
- 10 grams of almonds
I put this mixture one minute and a half in the microwave, and I've got THIS:
This bowl is about 440 calories.
I add half a grapefuit for Vitamin C, adding about 50 calories.
If I want to diminish the caloric amount, I don't put the almonds, which represent about 60 calories, and I can diminish the amount of oats.
But basically, this breakfast is easily transformed, which makes a good one for the holidays, when you don't want to starve before family meals.
